Portage Lake Postcards
Portage Lake – Pinckney, Mich., postmarked 1947. Judging from the opposing shoreline scene, and the short dock lengths (denoting deep water at the shore), I believe this is a scene on the west side of the lake, south of the Bluff. The sailboat moored at the dock behind the canoe is named “Dot-Dee.”
